As part of our employee recognition program, DIFM General Manager - Mohamed Saadeh, MOE Project Director - Morad Odwan and members of MOE Project Senior Management Team presented Employee of the Month Awards on 6th February 2020.
The awardees are divided based on two categories: Supervisor and Technicians. DIFM panel evaluated the performances of its project employees through a combination of criteria related to job performance, leadership, along with the ability to relate their work to the mission and goals of Darwish Interserve.

Natraj Raja was awarded Employee of the Month - Supervisor category. On the other hand, Mohammad Auranjeb Khan, Varun Spredaman, Zoen Sumon Sutradhan and Thandapani Sekar were awarded as Employee of the Month – Technicians category.
